I had such a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Johnathan /Kenneth was responsive and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

Second time staying at Diane's place. We enjoying staying at this Airbnb because it is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect for us as it is near family that live in Tennessee.

Perfect for my family of 12. My dad had surgery at Vanderbilt and location was perfect for us to go between here and the hospital. Very handy to restaurants and stores. Overall a good experience.

It was exactly how it was described. Nick was very helpful when I had a question. It was located close enough to get to Broadway (we used an Uber) and only about 10 minutes away with traffic. If/when we come back would definitely try to stay here again.

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

My husband, 5&3 year old children and our old lady pup Molli enjoyed a 5-night stay at Jorie’s cottage while in the area visiting family over the Easter holiday. The cottage was the perfect peaceful getaway, being in close proximity to area attractions. We definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone that needs a homier place to stay while in this area of Tennessee.

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

Fran’s house is private and in a great location. We appreciate that her home is pet friendly. It is totally enclosed outside, so it was safe for our dog to go out. Her place was perfect for our needs, and Fran is a very accommodating hostess. It was our second time staying there. We love Fran’s place and the East Nashville area!

We can't wait to come back to this cottage. Chloe was sooo attentive to everything and making sure we were completly satisfied and checked on us if we needed anything. Communication was amazing. We loved every bit of cottage decor, patio and Rosie the sweet resident dog! Enjoyed our short walk to coffee. So convenient for uber pick up as well. We will be back! 5 stars plus🥳Thank you Chloe & Debra!!

Amazing location! This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Broadway but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. There are tons of places to check out within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the pool. We wouldn’t want to stay in any other location after staying here. The Airbnb was cute and had all of the basics we needed. The host sent very detailed notes ahead of our stay. We’re thankful for the great experience.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

The condo was perfect for our visit for CMA Fest. Such a great location, bonus: lots of available parking and very safe area. Everywhere we went was walkable & hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and entertainment nearby. The place was clean, offered a lot of amenities and we would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.

Will definitely be staying again, great clean stay, only a couple miles from downtown and all the fun!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location.
