Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brenzone sul Garda

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Ludovica zu Gast und wieder begeistert! Das historische Haus liegt in einem großen Garten mit einer privaten Terrasse von der man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf den See hat. Sehr schön ist auch, dass seit dem letzten Mal der Insektenschutz verbessert wurde. An den Fenstern sind jetzt fest eingebaute Insektengitter, sodass man auch Nachts gut lüften kann. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und ist durch den Garten schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist man mitten in der Stadt. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Treppe zu einer kleinen Badestelle und man ist in zwei Minuten bei Restaurants, Geschäften usw.

Luca was a super welcoming host - always available, helpful and with really good tips for the surrounding area. I felt immediately welcome. The accommodation itself was cosy, clean and equipped with everything you need. The dogs were super cute and made my stay even more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my time there and would come back any time.

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Check-in und Check-Out war problemlos, wir durften früher kommen und länger bleiben am Abreisetag und - hätten wir nicht leider unsererseits abreisen müssen - unseren Urlaub noch für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, das für uns und unseren Hund super war, trotzdem ist man schnell am Gardasee z.B. in Salò. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Der Hof ist sehr schön: wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vor Ort gewohnt hatten, sodass wir das ganze Gelände für uns hatten, es kam nur immer mal jemand von der Familie (alle super freundlich) vorbei um nach den Tieren (Pferde, Esel, Gänse und Hühner) zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Wir können nur DANKE sagen!!! Manuele ist als Gastgeber wirklich großartig , er war immer sofort für uns da und hat uns zwischendurch mit so tollen Leckereien überrascht 🤩👌es war einfach nur herrlich, vielen vielen Dank für so einen tollen Empfang und die wunderbare Zeit in deinem Häuschen. Das Haus ist wundervoll und die Lage absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la prima volta a Saló ed è stata un’esperienza eccezionale. La casa di Cristina è stata la soluzione ideale per poter soggiornare in un posto tranquillo a pochi metri dal lungo lago e dal centro di Saló. La casa è bellissima, ordinata e pulita come volevamo. Il papà e la mamma di Cristina sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza se torneremo da queste parti di certo torneremo qui! Grazie.

Die Unterkunft von Deborah ist definitiv eine 10/10! Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern für 7 Tage da und dafür war es einfach perfekt. Die Kinder können laufen und spielen, es ist ein sehr großer Garten und kaum Gefahren! Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt und man hat eine sehr ruhige und einzigartige Lage! Man ist auf jedenfall sehr abseits vom Trubel und Tourismus. Die steile Fahrt nach oben und unten in die Stadt ist auf Dauer etwas sportlich aber man kann es aushalten :) Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder!

We had a great stay here in Verona! Gianlucas place was the perfect location - just outside of the city but an easy walk. Close to public transport and fantastic food options around you. Gianluca and Dora were very responsive hosts. It was a comfortable place and I would definitely come back.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sauber. Der direkte Zugang zum Hinterhof und die großzügige Wiese lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Unsere Hündin Elli fühlte sich sehr wohl und liebte die Spaziergänge an der Etsch. Herzlichen Dank für alles Franca, Andy und Elli

Thomas' apartment is spacious, has beautiful views of town and the lake, and was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was responsive and accommodating as a host. As others have noted, the 15-minute walk down/up into town is steep and intense - but my partner and I (both of us fit and in our early 30s) did it 1-2 times a day and managed fine. Highly recommend this spot!

Seht schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos. Man hat einen super Blick und kann den Gardasee sogar vom Balkon aus sehen. An Ausstattung ist auch alles da was man braucht. In der Unterkunft selbst ist es angenehm ruhig, aber in der Umgebung ist auch schnell ein Supermarkt und Restaurants erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt auh sehr gut. Man kann alle Orte am Gardasee schnell erreichen uns auch Verona und Vendig sind in einem Tagesausflug möglich. Die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar und hatte auch gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

The accomodation was very sweet, in a good location. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. His father was also very friendly and even gave us a lift from the ferry port, which was lovely.

Wir haben uns gemeinsam mit unserer Freundesgruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefano ist ein klasse Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets schnell erreichbar, alle unsere Wünsche wurden sofort berücksichtigt. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Adresse könnte in den Unterlagen noch etwas klarer ersichtlich sein, aber dank des Google Maps-Links war das kein Problem. Die Lage ist perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die fantastische Aussicht zu genießen. Garda ist nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment is situated in the beautiful village and the view from the balcony is amazing. Apartament is very specious and has everything what is needed. Maurizio is very helpful and proactive. He helps a lot with discovering the area and local recommendations! for sure we are back!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit - die Unterkunft war wundervoll! Alles war wie beschrieben - sogar noch besser! Die Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool waren unsere Highlights. Der Blick über den See war unglaublich, genauso wie der Blick auf die zwei großen Zitronenbäume im Garten! Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung war perfekt und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Anfahrt ist etwas herausfordernd, dass sollte man wissen! Aber auch mit unserem großen Auto und einem Einweiser hat alles gut geklappt! Die Kommunikation mit Robert war sehr einfach. Schnelle und freundliche Antworten! Auch vor dem Aufenthalt hat die Datei mit Anfahrtsbeschreibung und Tipps sehr geholfen! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte sich frei im Haus bewegen! Ich hoffe, wir können einmal wieder kommen!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect home for two for a week enabling us to get out and explore the stunningly beautiful Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains, a day trip to Milan and so much more. Simon is an excellent host and helpful throughout.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Danke an Moritz für die vielen guten Insidertipps für die Region und auch für die schönen Gemälde im Haus:)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Besonders der Aussenbereich mit Pool und dem Grill war unser Lieblingsplatz. Auch der süße Hund auf dem Gelände hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Durch die super Lage des Hauses hatten wir die perfekte Mischung an Ruhe und Nähe zu tollen Ausflugszielen, wie Verona oder dem Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war sehr gut. 🙂

The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.

Casa stupenda, spaziosa e rifornita di ogni necessità. La signora Souad è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza, raggiungibile tramite cellulare in caso di emergenza ad ogni ora. La vista sul lago dalla terrazza vale tutta l’esperienza! Voto massimo a tutti i servizi, ma è necessario un piccolo appunto sulla pulizia: all’interno la casa era perfettamente pulita e in ordine, con stoviglie e cucina lavate benissimo, ma purtroppo la griglia esterna, che abbiamo utilizzato la sera per cenare, riportava gli effetti dell’utilizzo degli ospiti che hanno alloggiato prima di noi (piastra sporca e vasca dell’acqua con scarti vecchi). Non è un problema grande perché abbiamo rimediato senza troppe difficoltà, solamente un piccolo appunto di cui tenere in considerazione per rendere l’esperienza agli ospiti perfetta in tutto. Molto consigliata!!!
