Apartment holiday rentals in Brera, Milan

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

This is a very cozy apartment, fully corresponds to the photo! Quiet neighborhood, very beautiful entrance. It's absolutely quiet at night. It's a 10-minute walk to the cathedral, the store is around the corner. The apartment was very clean, there was everything you needed! It is evident that the apartment is being monitored and treated with care! Thanks to this accommodation, I felt at home!

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. So comfortable, extra touches, amazing hosts, we will be back to stay again in the future. Perfect.

The host is very welcoming, letting us check in early to drop off our luggage. The location of the house is very good, close to the subway station and not far from the train station. The street is very quiet at night and sleeps well. The air conditioning in the room is also very powerful!

Very helpful communicative host. Helped us to get a taxi to the train station. Very helpful in giving suggestions and even helped with dinner reservation. It was like staying in a hotel but having your own apartment. Very clean! Great location. Highly recommend!

Romina and her son Tito are absolutely lovely—kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during a stay in Milan, from kitchenware to laundry capsules. It truly felt like a home away from home. About the location, just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super easy. I can’t say enough about how great this place is to stay in! I came in the winter with my daughter and decided to return with my husband. We loved relaxing on the quiet and beautiful roof deck. The interior cloistered living room was wonderful to have our morning coffee in. It’s close to everything and has a convenient grocery store just around the corner. We walked everywhere! Duomo, last supper, Scarpa Theatre, etc. Was also able to enjoy the grand canal one evening too. This place is very comfortable for two and we slept soundly in the bed. :-) Highly recommend!

Great stay at Federico’s place! The apartment is cozy, quiet, and easy to find—with no stairs, making access super simple. Check-out at 11 was a nice bonus compared to most places. There were plenty of pillows, and the space felt very comfortable overall. Federico was a great host—responsive, helpful, and even provided a crib for our baby at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Very helpful host answered all of our questions right away. Very clean apartment cozy balcony. Close to many restaurants and bars. 25-30 min walk to the center of Milan. Highly recommend and will definitely go back next time we are in Milan.😍

A wonderful, spacious apartment! Located in one of the nicest and liveliest districts of Milan. The center was easy to walk to and the metro within walking distance of the apartment was very convenient! I can recommend this option to everyone.

We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed at Marco's for about two months for work and I had an amazing stay! Everything from the communication prior to my arrival to the checkin into the flat was flawless! Marco and his sister Paola are very kind and generous people that did everything they could in order to make my stay as good as possible. The area is pretty quiet and the apartment very well located if you wanna explore the city. Close to two metro lines, and close to Isola with lots of bars and restaurants. You won't be disappointed if you pick Marco's apartment as your base to explore the city of Milan!! I highly recommend!!

The apartment is bigger than it seems on the photos. Perfect location like a Duomo in your backyard. Never before has Milan become as close as staying in this wonderful apartment. And despite the fact that this is the very heart of the city, the apartment does not hear the noise of the streets. For a week, the four of us with our friends were very comfortable, cozy and spacious.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The house was very pleasant, it was very suitable for a couple's vacation, the terrace areas were very useful, we had a little mosquito problem the first night, but then we took care of it with medicine.

I stayed at Greta's during the Furniture Fair. Three of us had a great time. The apartment is beautiful. Full of design furniture and pieces of culture. Everything is very well cared for. The neighborhood is also beautiful. Subway a stone's throw from the apartment. Highly recommended if you're looking for something unique and quality!

I was lucky enough to stay with my girlfriend one night at this Airbnb. The host, Lorenzo, was extremely nice and helpful, answering all our questions with cordiality. The ease of digital check-in and check-out made everything very simple and fast. The apartment was well equipped, with an efficient kitchen that allowed us to prepare a meal without problems. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi: as soon as we requested it, Lorenzo immediately raised the temperature, allowing us to enjoy a moment of relaxation. The surrounding area was quiet and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a break from the chaos of the city. In addition, the proximity to the center of Monza and the Park made our walks very pleasant. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!
