Quiet and clean accommodation in a bucolic residential complex. Assets: Comfortable bedding. Well-equipped accommodation. 1 very appreciable private parking space. Containers for food waste in the neighborhood. A good quarter of an hour's walk, Parc de la Saussaie with many varieties of trees, family gardens, playgrounds. Small Sunday market near the Ogive, accessible on foot. Shops within walking distance: Pharmacy and bakery/pastry shop. Many shops in the area: Carrefour City, gas station and pharmacy 20 min away. Carrefour-Quetigny shopping area with shopping mall and multiple stores 10 minutes by car. Car recommended. Thanks to Fabienne for the welcome on arrival. Self checkout.
