Bretignolles has everything you need in a charming place where you would like to live all year round. Located a 300-meter walk from the ocean, our small, fully renovated house will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation in comfort :)

The house will offer you all the material comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.

Enjoy a few days by the sea with this "marine farm" (the name of the condominium) completely renovated in 2022 in a modern and minimalist style. Access to all the amenities of the condominium: heated pool (in season mid-June to mid-September), tennis, petanque court, large green spaces. Ideal for a weekend of surfing with friends (5 minutes from the famous surf spots of Bretignolles) or for a few days with family (absolute calm, close to the sea...)

The residence "Les Fermes Marines" is known for its family atmosphere and calm while stretching close to the ocean and the city center. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, pétanque, playground for young children and ping pong tables (the pool is open from June 15 to September 15). 100m away, local shops with grocery store, fruits/vegetables, charcuterie butcher, bakery/pastry shop will save you the crowds of supermarkets.

Departure at the end of the street for coastal trails (walking and cycling) to enjoy the wild coast and spray. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Cleaning as a flat fee of €60 and sheets as a flat fee of €40

Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.

Welcome home, 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our house to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. Inside your home, everything is designed so you can make yourself at home. We will welcome you to a recent 60 m² accommodation, south facing, in a quiet subdivision. A closed location is provided to park your vehicle.
