You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Our apartment Berta's Bleibe has a spacious bedroom with a large double bed made of solid wood and a bedroom with two cozy single beds. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
