Die Einliegerwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Sie ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten, das Herumschleichen der Katze, das Gackern von 3 Hühnern sowie das Plätschern im Pool genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. It has a 160 wide comfortable bed, a small kitchen with oven and a shower with toilet and sink for yourself. In the living room with TV, there is a sofa bed in case you don't want to sleep a couple since and in separate rooms.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
