The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Come and enjoy the area in this small stone house located in the countryside, in Sottevast, Cotentin peninsula, almost equidistant from the 3 coasts: Cherbourg and La Hague, Barneville-Carteret and the landing beaches. 5 minutes' drive to all shops. Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

"La grange" gîte

Old hay barn tastefully restored by its owners in 2023. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The cottage is located upstairs with access from the outside. The 4000 m2 garden is shared with our family. You have access to the garden and its facilities, barbecue, swing, petanque court and mini animal park with chickens, geese, duck and goats. We are 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Cotentin, Sciotot and Siouville.

Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. 150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
