The check in and check out process was the clearest and easiest we’ve ever experienced. The apartment was small but well organized and was perfect for the 2 of us. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood, walked all over and eat at wonderful local restaurants. Neighborhood full of hidden gems. Access to public transportation, buses to train stations to everywhere in the city, simply a block or 2 away. Another perk, free street parking. We were able to find parking directly in front of building.

This was our second time staying at Rob's place. It is a great deal, especially with the parking space included. The guest cottage is cozy and has everything you might need. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and has so many amazing bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, and art spaces (including late night eateries) within close walking distance. Also, when we accidentally locked our keys inside and needed help, Rob was very gracious about it. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're traveling with a pet I would highly recommend this place! Great location and great communication throughout our stay.

Rosa was a stellar host; welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Her home is absolutely beautiful, more of a cozy apartment space that's perfect for two people. The décor is tasteful, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed is a queen, which can be a bit snug for someone 6'3", but we still managed to get some good rest. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Rosa again in the future. Thank you!
