There are coffee shops and groceries on the doorstep, with the centre of town, and sea, being a short 10 minute walk away. Everything you need for a weekend away is in the flat, with the option of getting out on a paddle board as well. Parking can be tricky and expensive in Brighton, train is best. There is all day parking 5-10 minutes walk away. This is NOT a party flat.

Chill, work, or use it as a base for exploring Brighton and the Downs. Our garden is natural and we are mostly an organic home. We can share about local organic food and markets. We are also close to some lovely walks, and 3 buses stop outside the main house for a 30-minute trip into the centre of town

With 4 spacious bedrooms, large open plan living and a large west facing garden, it is perfectly set up for families wanting to escape to the seaside. Dogs very much welcome to. Hove Beach, Hove Lagoon water sports, playground, skate park and pump track and the independent shops on trendy Portland Road are all a short walk. As we are in a quiet, safe, family neighbourhood we only accept family bookings.
