Fabulous place to stay, great location. Ellie was considerate of that it can get a bit noisy on a Friday night and left ear plugs for the front room for those sleeping in there which worked perfectly. Beautifully decorated and everything that we needed was there ☺️

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom flat in Worthing! The location couldn’t have been better — just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants, cafes, and plenty of things to do in the area. The flat itself was amazing: stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well thought-out. Every room had its own charm, with tasteful decor and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into making this a welcoming and functional space — everything worked perfectly and felt just like home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Worthing. We’d definitely come back!

We loved the views from the windows the nature reserve and the sea , we hardly watched any television in the evening and I always read a book or two in the evenings when away but not even half way in one . So easy to get to town and the other direction Brighton , plenty of places to eat in or take away .we spent a lot of time walking along wide water and on the beach. We hope to go again soon .

Our short stay at Andrew & Mesut's cosy flat was very comfortable. Our son appreciated the fact that the second bedroom was a double, and that it had its own TV! We'd have loved to use the cute little patio, but the weather was against us. We had a relaxing time anyway, with the beach just two minutes away and the Laines a ten-minute stroll. Walking further into pretty Hove for morning coffee was fun too. Andrew's recommendations were really useful; we had great food at the nearby and very atmospheric Lion and Lobster pub. One tip: the stairs down to the flat are steep and twisty, so take your time! We'd all definitely come back again, hopefully for a longer and sunnier visit.

It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We had a great family meet up before Xmas. Although the weather was cold the place was great for a walk along the beach and being able to see the sea was great. Must be even better in the summer.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

So good we booked an extra night and plan to come back July / August - everything we needed. The site is stunning! Peaceful getaway with our two kids, plenty to do and close to lots of local attractions. The caravan itself was spotless. Lovely sun trap decking with comfortable modern furniture. Everything we needed in caravan. Jon was incredibly responsive and helpful. Lovely welcome hamper when we arrived which was perfect after a 2 and a half hour drive with kids! Entertainment for kids on site is fantastic, been to many sites in 35 years but this is by far the cleanest, most friendly, and nicest site we been too.

This was a perfect place for a stopover within easy reach of Brighton and Shoreham. The train station, fish and chip shop and Co-Op are all within a few minutes’ walk. Everything was clean and convenient. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Um die Wohnung herum sind einige Restaurants & Supermärkte. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Man wird sich schwer tun, etwas zu finden, das nicht gepasst hat. Eine einzige Sache, die man erwähnen müsste, wäre die Helligkeit in der Wohnung. Die Fenster im Schlafraum sind nach Osten ausgerichtet. Es gibt zwar Innenrollos an den Fenstern, jedoch kommt trotzdem sehr viel Sonnenlicht in die Wohnung. Lichtempfindliche Menschen sollten besser eine Schlafmaske dabei haben. Dafür gibt es aber keinen Punktabzug von uns, wir waren vollends zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Simon war zudem zu jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Nachrichten sehr schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank für alles, Simon.

We had a lovely visit to Brighton staying in Caroline’s place. Such a lovely outside area and great location. Really close to the beach and centre of town. Would recommend!

Amazing location near the pier and lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. A little noisy on the weekends maybe, if you are not out and about. Charming place with wonderful roof terrace.

Fantastic place. The apartment is quiet and in a great location. It was very clean, and you look out the huge windows onto the square and the sea. We had some great meals at Halisco, a few steps away on Preston Street. I also recommend the bakery Bliss, also on Preston. A few steps in the other direction is the Hole in the Wall pub, which is friendly and has a wonderful selection of beers. We had a wonderful time and I hope to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Jack's place! We were also grateful to be able to check in 3 hours early to drop off our luggage before heading out to explore. The space was clean, comfortable, and quite walkable. There was also a small Tesco grocery express just outside our door, which was convenient. Jack was a communicative and friendly. Would stay here again - thanks!

We had a wonderful few nights here. My children (5&9) thought it was incredibly fancy! We loved the decor, and loved Stanley's book about the history! A perfect base, in fact the kids just wanted to keep going back to the house because they loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, and have recommended to family already.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at Greg’s Place in Brighton! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Greg’s place in Brighton. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The flat was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. Greg clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment, and it showed in every detail. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, great local cafes, and the vibrant lanes of central Brighton. Whether I was out exploring or just relaxing at the flat, I felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the space was surprisingly quiet given its central location. Greg was a gracious and responsive host, offering helpful recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again — highly recommended for anyone visiting Brighton!
