Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brighton

We were very pleased with the size, roominess and layout of this house. Everyone in our group of 14 had a bed. The location provided easy access to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. We did bring inside some of the outdoor chairs to provide enough seating for our large group. We enjoyed having the private fenced-in backyard and nearby park.

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Kurt was very helpful and very responsive clarifying some of our questions. The neighbors were very friendly and the location was perfect for our needs.

We absolutely loved this place especially for our bachelorette trip! It’s very cute, extremely clean, and just a nice place overall!

Great house—comfortable spacious well-appointed, and James is a wonderful host. The house is located next to the highway so there is a fair amount of traffic noise when you spend time outside (backyard or at fire pit). But this is not a problem inside the house at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable with ample seating in the upper and lower levels. As we stayed for a couple weeks, we found the kitchen good for cooking and cleanup. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items and supplies. It was nice to have hangers for clothes and some dresser space too. The backyard is a nice place to relax in warmer weather and fully fenced for a pet. The neighborhood was quiet.

Really well situated close to DEN airport with comfortable beds. The space is cozy and somewhat quirky, with everything we needed for our short stay. Large grocery/retailers within easy driving distance.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.
