Very quiet location. Studio warm and bed comfortable. Studio well appointed and would suit longer stay. On street parking. Adam and Simone were great hosts. They respected your privacy but were more than happy to assist if needed. Short walk to cafes on Turner Street, short drive or longer walk to Patterson Street shopping strip, IGA supermarket and train station to CBD. A lovely stay.

We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully appointed and always completely clean, spacious, and functional. Its design is ideal, and the furniture is comfortable and practical. The balcony and its furnishings provide a genuinely nice touch and lend an additional opportunity for relaxation. The full-size refrigerator, toaster, washer, and dryer are real assets and allow us to live there like we do at home. The pantry space is perfect and the apartment well stocked. The building is modern, quiet, clean, and secure. A unique feature is the easy and immediate access to a large Cole’s grocery store. The Brighton location is wonderful. The train to Flinders Street lies a short walk away, as do Landcox Park and the beach. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants lie nearby. Jill makes us feel very much at home and well cared for. We enthusiastically give Jill’s apartment our very highest recommendation—we cannot imagine better!

The property was very comfortable and homely, with plenty of amenities provided by Mee Chee. She was also very communicative and accommodating to our various needs.
