Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Brighton

It was 2nd floor apartment that has separate door lock. Kendra was really kind host and instruction was clear. It was clean and beautiful airbnb. Sofa was just sofa, not sofabed. 2 queen beds were comfy and suitable for 4 people. My family could walk to strong museum of play, and my kids loved the museum(and this airbnb). There was a parking lot across the street. It's parking space of fitness center, but Kendra owns a lot. It has laundry facilities and dishwasher, and full kitchen. My favorite part was the skylight in the ceiling

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. While our plans were family oriented and we didn’t visit the village, the location is great and the restaurants are close by. Their remodel of a Victorian home is very tasteful and a great mix of the new and old. We loved knowing the history of the building. The staircase going up from the door is steep and tricky with bags, but it’s an old Victorian home and do-able. Would definitely recommend. I have family close by but if I need to, I’d stay again!! We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home. John and Maria’s extensive area recommendations made our stay in Rochester that much better. We had excellent communication. John and Maria made us feel welcome and right at home.

Above and beyond! This is a top-notch Airbnb with a top-notch host who cares about her property and her guests. Our apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable, and cozy. You can’t get any better than this. On top of it, the Park Ave neighborhood is THE place to be in Rochester. A few minutes’ walk to fantastic restaurants and cafes, plus museums and beautiful architecture. We are grateful to Gail for making our stay wonderful. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful.. the house, stocked well, beds were comfy, neighborhood was great. Easy to get everywhere, backyard was nice and quiet. Lots of blankets and towels which was great! Really appreciated having washer and dryer and garbage tote.

We absolutely loved the house, the brilliant views from the front room and the house. Very family friendly and even with bad weather it was great being indoors.

The bedrooms were comfy and quiet. The tv was easy to work and the internet connection was reliable. The kitchen was just right for our morning breakfast and coffee needs. The location was great for an evening walk. Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants, making it easy to get what we needed.

Hidden gem. I booked this airbnb for a retreat/staycation with friends. Discreet on the outside, luxurious within. The place was immaculately clean and the layout was thoughtfully planned. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom- even a sewing kit. 🙂 We really enjoyed using the sauna and outdoor firepit.

My aunt and I loved Christina’s house. It was beautifully restored and decorated, and it felt comfortable and homey. It was very close to stores and restaurants but the neighborhood was quiet. I will definitely return.

The location can't be beat! It was just right for our trip needs, easy to get around and close enough to walk to things. It is an old house and has its creaky floorboards and no AC upstairs (if you're from out of town you might not be used to the humidity) but has been updated nicely! Check in was easy and Vincent was helpful with parking instructions, be mindful of the street parking restrictions in Rochester!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is the perfect size for a small family or in my case, a mother and adult daughter traveling together. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable and a safe neighborhood.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s place! The location was just perfect for us—situated in a beautiful, historic neighborhood that was great for walking around and soaking in the local charm. It was close to everything we needed, including a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Gregory was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

This was a beautiful Condo in a wonderful area. Easily walkable to a waterfront walking path and playground. The grounds were stunning. The condo was exactly as advertised! Very clean, spacious for a family of 4, and easy to locate. I would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you!!!!

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.
