We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in this great apartment. Dania and her father have super organized the handling, check-in, questions and help on site, check-out. They welcomed us warmly and we were greeted with a welcome basket of specialties from the region. The apartment is superbly equipped, clean and spacious. The location, right on the beach, priceless... Thank you for this great time! We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Filomena was an exceptional host. lots of information to guide is and responsive to our needs. the flat is beautifully kept and the courtyard a dream.

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful location and great hosts. The place is in a strategic area within walking distance of beautiful places, recommended.

Donato the owner and Sergio who did check in were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed that wasn’t in the house, they organised. Top spec throughout, perfect location for a 5 min drive to the beach, 10 min drive into town or a perfectly nice 40 min walk to the old town.

It is an independent house with ample outdoor space that can be used and well equipped with tables, lounge chairs. The pool with indoor outdoor shower is very nice. The house is well equipped with everything including a dishwasher and laundry that acts as a second bathroom. Very quiet area just outside the village. I highly recommend it.

We loved this place. The view from the terraces is stunning. The pool area is peaceful and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time. You can walk down to restaurants in 20 minutes. There is also a basic supermarket there.

Great stay as a family and with our 4-legged companion (welcomed like a queen in this beautiful region of Puglia). Secure land for your pet. Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. Thank you for the address of this great restaurant 😊 Small appreciable attentions on our arrival. Snacks and fresh water in the fridge. The house is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. I highly recommend this beautiful villa if you are visiting Puglia We will be happy to come back for our next trip. They have made good use of the space, all neat and tidy. Comfortable bed. A nice terrace outside to enjoy breakfast in the sun. Near the sea and beach. We had a lovely stay! Opening hours of supermarket and restaurants are less frequent/ regular this time of year, which is good to be aware of.

The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

It was a wonderful stay at Assunta’s place. She met us at the door and showed us the place (including the gated parking). She also gave us many recommendations. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and they were both really good. Porta Cesareo is beautiful, and it’s walkable from the house. Assunta’s place worked out really well for us.

It's a little house that couldn't be more romantic! As for location, it's great for touring the villages. It is very quiet, private and super close to the beach, you have the option of two beaches, both are beautiful and the sea is beautiful. The pink flower vine at the entrance catches you. It has everything you need to spend an amazing few days. When we arrived it smelled delicious, everything looked and felt very clean! Great!

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

This was such a perfect location! Georgia was so helpful with parking recommendations, and made check-in and check-out very easy. Highly recommend this stay!

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

We had a fantastic stay at Manuela’s place. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything you needed and more. Manuela was very responsive, she gave numerous recommendations of places to go and restaurants to try. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the Porto Cesareo area!
