Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Brookhaven

Over the past 5 years, I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s not only in Bridgeport, but in other states as well, and Nestor without a doubt had the BEST AirBnB I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. He went above and beyond, nothing felt cheap or thrown in for the sake of having, while also giving us quite literally everything you might need for a stay. He made an AirBnB feel like a home and that in itself is enough for me to highly recommend this stay. He personally walked us through the apartment, accommodated for our needs, and even then left more in the AirBnB than was even listed. At the price listed, I’ll save you the trouble of continuing your search, this is a MUST book if you enjoy peace of mind. A special thanks to Nestor for making my week long stay, feel like I never left home.

Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Liam was incredibly quick to respond and accommodating to our group’s last minute booking. The location is excellent and great for having a car or taking a train. Great, quiet “, comfy spot and had everything we needed and a great value for the area.

Tammy helped me and my boyfriend out when we were in such a pinch. due to our apartment not being ready in time she was ready on short notice and such an amazing host and was so wonderfully kind. I had such an amazing stay and would come back again. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summertime so close to the beach and amazing restaurants nearby Tammy‘s place is a 10 out of 10 and felt just like home. 🤍

I am so proud and thankful to God to have met Jean and all her neighboring environment and her family. It's been a very pleasant and satisfactory stay in a comforting homey accommodation that I wanted to prolong but couldn't due to obligations. The home furniture and appliances are splendid, I couldn't be more grateful to have a parking spot right in front of the door and to witness and utilize all those fabulous kitchen utensils, it was almost a paradise for those of us who like to cook. It was wonderful to observe all this wildlife, wild geese and swans, swimming on lagoon by the house while sitting on the living room couch and simply enjoying tea or dinner. Many thanks to Jean for allowing me to bring in both of my pet rescue kitties who were extremely well-behaved and happy and supported me during my stay. I bow down in front of Jean's superior knowledge both in hospitality and in interaction with both human and pet-friendly guests. I could only wish more hosts would be like Jean.

This house was absolutely stunning! The views were breathtaking! The host was friendly, helpful, and polite. The kitchen was completely stacked as well! It had all types of spices, dishes, and appliances. If you need it, they’ll have it! Having this house as our base for a weekend of winery hoping was wonderful, and made it even more special and enjoyable! 10/10 would totally recommend!

Three generations of my family were comfortable sharing Jessica's house. The children and their parents slept upstairs, while the grandparents had the downstairs to ourselves. It was a perfect arrangement for getting a good night's sleep. The house is well organized and comfortable, with plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, and has a pleasant porch for outside lounging. It is walking distance to a beach on the bay - a safer beach for small children than the ocean. All and all, a good experience!

Very comfortable older home. Understand that this is the owner's actually home, not a typical airbnb rental. As part of the arrangement, we took care of Emily's two cats while she was away; the kitties are friendly and pretty much independent (feed them dry food, fill water, clean the litter); they'll hang out and sit next to you on the couch in the evening. If you're not into kitties, just don't stay here. My granddaughter got to play with Emily's son's toys. I made use of the kitchen to bake pies for our family holiday gathering. Did not get to use the grounds (porch or yard), bc it was frigid cold this December. We all enjoyed the lovely Christmas tree set up in the living room. Emily was flexible about check-in/checkout times too. Thank you, Emily. >^..^<

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

The house was such a wonderful place for our family vacation. The house, property, and views of the Sound are truly spectacular! Alexandra was a warm, available, and gracious host. The pool and beach were perfect. The master bedroom and terrace are exceptional. This was a perfect vacation. Thank you!!

The place was beautiful and modern and had all the latest amenities. Kitchen is very modern and all the tv’s are smart, so we just had to log into our own accounts which was easy. Only negative is that there was not enough towels for all the guests to use for bathing AND hot tub.

Solace Stay was a great house. It was clean and beautifully decorated. It accommodated my large party comfortably and it was super close to town. We had multiple people coming separately, and the driveway was large enough to accommodate all of our cars. The host was super responsive and accommodating.
