Monthly Rentals in Brookline

We spent almost 2 months in Deb's apartment and had a great time. The apartment is advertised, it is actually more spacious than it appears on the pictures. It is well equipped and conveniently located directly next to the Green line and a small supermarket. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are still a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance.

Maverick suite's biggest plus for us was the location, just a few steps from a family member and close to all amenities needed for a stay in Brookline. Rooms can vary by size, with the unit we stayed in on the second visit being spacious and sun lit. Bathrooms are small but clean and with quality shower, fan and heat. Beds are clean and comfortable. Had a little glitch getting the code to enter the building and unit, due to unclear instructions and one person on duty handling all of the units offsite. It took three tries to get clean towels and an extra coffee for our last day of our stay, however, they came through and made it easy. Will be staying agin for the location and positive stay. A repeat stay could have an incentive, would surely gain repeat stays.

This was the perfect place for me and my two children. The place was very clean, quiet and it was exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent with many great restaurants and shops around the corner. Off-street parking was a bonus and the train is right across the street. Joseph is a great host; he was quickly responsive to questions and a helpful resource. I would absolutely come here again and highly recommend.

This place was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We had an exceptional experience. The beds and bathroom were spotless and Chantal communicated quickly and proactively. Toiletries, a fan, and a tv were all ready when we arrived along with a thoughtful welcome note from the host. There were even fresh flowers in the bedroom and bathroom. Very close to the train too. I highly recommend the garden apartment for your next trip to Boston.
