Holiday rentals with beach access in Brooklyn

Jay’s stay was perfect for a stay in Long Beach. Very easily walkable to nearby restaurants/shops. Would stay again!

Rafael’s place a great place to come back to after active days! Very clean and modest. The open concept kitchen/living room was very spacious (the couch and bed are very comfy)! And the semi private terrace was a nice spot to spend late night/ early mornings! As host he was very responsive and proactive! He allowed us to check in early and check out late without any hassle, very appreciative! I’d highly recommend this place to friends and family, top notch service!

Latanya’s AirBNB was a perfect spot for me and two friends from college to come and explore the city. The only thing I can knock it for is being a bit far south, but we knew that when we booked it. Outside of that, truly a 10/10 experience. Gracious host, comfy space, quick communicator, and very thoughtful! The surrounding area feels very residential, which is a welcome change of pace if you spend the day exploring the touristy parts of the city. A quiet night in a great bed was much appreciated after venturing out! Plus some great dives and bodegas around if you’re looking to eat/stock up closer to the AirBNB.

Cozy, clean, tidy, well equipped and well maintained. Feels safe in the area. Perfect for us. Robert was always responsive, and quick, too. Highly recommended.

The house was spacious for the family every floor had a restroom, very convenient the view was awesome from the balcony cute little house! Very quiet neighborhood, people were friendly walking distance to stores & restaurants transportation was close too! Cute little house! Will stay again if decide to go back to visit NY! As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. The captains cottage was amazing. Great view of cold spring Harbour and perfect space for family w kids. Went for a great hike in the adjacent state park

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Very nice apartment with a great rooftop are - beautiful view from there. Area is very quiet, next to the water with nice restaurants and bars in walking distance.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
