A comfortable and skillfully crafted upper level apartment and 10 acres to roam, this loft has an open landing and private bedroom with queen size bed and heated bathroom floors. Probably the best place ever?

Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
