Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. House between two waters, the Saône in front and the canal behind. This house is a quiet and relaxing area. Nature lovers can enjoy the terrace, the land or the forest to listen to the birdsong and the sound of flowing water. Although still under renovation, you can take full advantage of the spaces offered by this house and, depending on the season, pick fruits and vegetables for your meal.

Completely renovated, this 60 m2 outbuilding has an entrance with private parking. The property has all the amenities necessary for the well-being of guests. Outdoor spaces are accessible as well as the private solar heated indoor pool.

We rent a boat with an engine for fishing.
