Der Fluss "Mangfall" ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, der Ort selbst hat noch mehr zu bieten. Auch der Goldbach kann in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht werden und lädt zu einem romantischen Spaziergang ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist 25 Fahrminuten von Rosenheim und 45 Fahrminuten von München entfernt und somit ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Stadt- und Naturbegeisterte.

Unsere gemütliche, individuell eingerichtete Unterkunft ist eine Wohneinheit im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad - Dusche/WC, einer Single Küche und kleinem stummen Kühlschrank ( 36 Liter ), die nur von unseren Gästen genutzt wird. Gegenüber der kleinen Küche steht in einer Nische die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Eine überdachte Sitzmöglickeit steht euch an der Ostseite gerne zur Verfügung. Der kleine, nicht haarende Biewer Yorkshire Pino, aus dem Nachbarhaus besucht uns gerne täglich mal.

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

The bright, open apartment offers 44 m² of space for 2 people and up to 2 children. It extends over the entire floor of the building section built in 2020. It has 1 double bed and a 140 x 200 m bed. From the large skylight in the dining area you have a romantic view of the “Sleeping Virgin” mountain range around the Wendelstein.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
