Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. Located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Montricoux, this 170m2 detached house will warmly welcome families, couples and friends. Its large living room on the ground floor, its three bedrooms upstairs as well as its exterior with its 7x4m swimming pool and its superb view of the village steeple will seduce you.

Come and relax by the private heated pool or sip a drink on the covered wooden terrace. You can also rest in one of the two master suites,or prepare the meal in the modern kitchen while having the feeling of being in nature thanks to its 4.30 m glass window that opens totally!
