The Oyster House is absolutely amazing. The perfect place to rest and unwind with a spectacular view and peaceful surrounds. The kitchen was well stocked and the home very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting in front of the fire and soaking up the ambiance. This was our first trip to Tasmania and we have enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be returning to the Oyster House. Staying at Lauren’s Airbnb was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in recent memory. From the moment I booked, I could tell this was going to be a different level of hospitality. Lauren was proactive, clear, and friendly in all communication—she reached out ahead of time with a warm welcome and offered incredibly helpful information about the home, the neighborhood, and even curated recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and local experiences. Her attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself exceeded all expectations. We had a wonderful stay at Quarry Hill Lookout. The house was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of books and games that kept our family entertained throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine, which quickly became part of my morning routine and a calming start to each day. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful placement of clear, specific instructions around the house. Whether it was using the fire heater or operating the coffee maker, everything was meticulously explained to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The indoor heating worked very well and kept us warm and comfortable. There was also a large area for parking, which made it very convenient. Nicola was a super friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The Beach House was just perfect for our short stay on the Island. It was very comfortable and allowed us to relax and enjoy watching the local wildlife from the living room. Being close to the beach was a lovely treat.

Beautiful architect designed 1960s house in a stunning setting. Gorgeous gardens, wild birds and occasional wallaby visits, just a short drive into Hobart. Buses number 448 and 449 stop near the house.

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

Michael was really friendly and a clear communicator, check in was super easy. Great location, easily walkable into the main town. Bathroom and kitchenette was fab!

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

The place was absolutely lovely. Very clean, cosy, easy access to extra towels and blankets, incredible view of the river, close to Mona, huge tv that’s easy to use. It was a really peaceful space. The hosts live above and said hello but otherwise left us to ourselves. I think they would have been up for a chat if we were. The kitchen was stocked with a few essentials and some treats which was lovely. Highly recommend!!

My partner and I stayed at Dean and Moya’s place while in Hobart. It was a good base for exploring the city and was within walking distance of the city centre. The place is modern and has a great view of the city. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen. We were also visited by a Pademelon in the backyard that had a joey in its pouch. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful area. Well thought out space with all you need for comfortable stay in Tassie! Very spacious, convenient kitchen and sufficient heating. It was a pleasure staying here. Will be back for sure!

The place is great, it is an easy walk to so many places around the cbd.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
