We rent a very nice, bright and cozy attic apartment with 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, niche with bed and sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, office, bathroom and toilet. The apartment is located right next to the train station. Restaurant, bakery with cafe, Coop (open 7 days) right next door. To Zurich 20 min. We, the host family, live on the first two floors. In the beautiful Zurich Oberland, you have many excursion destinations and local recreation areas right at your doorstep. View of the mountains.

Beautiful apartment right on the lake

Make some memories at this unique and newly furnished place. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking is available. Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

Comfortable apartment with one bedroom (160x200cm), a dressing room/study, and a cozy living room. The living room can be converted into an additional bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm) The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace. Guest car-parking 10 CHF per day. Centrally located. By train (running every 15 minutes), you can reach central Zurich in just 25 minutes, and Rapperswil in 10 minutes. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

It's a really good deal. It is clean and everything you could need is there. It was a fun experience meeting Mäggie and the people from the other rooms :) The house has a beautiful garden and a nice spot at the lake is less than 10min away.

We had a great stay with Kurt. The house is full of character and located quietly in the hills overlooking the lake. The interior is tasteful and comfortable. Additionally we had nice talks and were offered a generous breakfast from local products. Unfortunately we stayed two nights only and had to leave rather early the last morning. It is a wonderful place to stay and explore the area from. Thank you.

I felt comfortable from the first moment – certainly also thanks to Prisca, who welcomed me very warmly. The place is quietly located, everything was clean and lovingly prepared. I especially liked the small seating area right in front of the room, where I could sit outside for a while and enjoy the idyllic surroundings. The property is also easily accessible by public transportation. I'll be more than happy to come back! Best regards, David

We had a great couple of nights stay at Lira's place in Ruti, at a walkable distance from the train station. The bedroom was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities and a very good private bathroom. Lira was proactive and responsive at all times, with clear communication. I felt I made the right choice and was worth the money spent. It more than met my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near Zurich.
