The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay there and its exterior is magical, the pool was greatly appreciated. The house is ideal for families or couples of friends, each with an independent entrance. Then we'll be happy to go back! Ciao!

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We last booked this place due to a change of schedule. Antonio was immediately available to answer our questions quickly. Before arrival, he sent us detailed check-in information, anticipating check-in and postponing check-out without any problem! The house was clean and exactly as described, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A little dark living area but you can use the outdoor porch to eat while still being sheltered and in privacy. The pool for common use is very nice, clean. The area is quiet, it has a small market nearby (about 10 min walk), ice cream shop and pizzeria/rotisserie. By car in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches!!

Great location and Mario is super helpful and responsive . Kitchen is very well equipped. one of the best place to stay as it’s adjacent to the beach and all the super markets are in walking distance .

We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Very spacious, clean, equipped house with a beautiful porch and outdoor garden. Immersed in the greenery and silence of nature. A few minutes by car you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches of Budoni, San Teodoro, Siniscola. Barbara has always been very kind and helpful. Very convenient and appreciated the check in early in the morning and the check out in the late afternoon. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

The apartment was great. It was wonderful to sit outside under the olive tree and look at the mountains and Arzachena. The location was ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda. Giovanni and his mother were very warm and extremely hospitable, gave us eggs and delicacies from their own garden. We had a great time there and would love to come back if we travel to Sardinia again. Many, many thanks to Giovanni and Patrizia!!!
