Beautiful 4br condo min from Disney

A beautiful and inviting condo/townhouse located in Venetian Bay Villages, a quaint and relaxing gated condo community reminiscent of old key west. You will have access to 4 pools, clubhouse, game room, fitness center, picnic areas, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, and walking paths around the centrally located lake. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. The villa has a luxurious main floor king master suite, complete with king sized bed, walk-in closet and attached en suite bath with two person jetted tub. The second floor is comprised of a comfortable queen suite with en suite bath, two more bedrooms one with full bed, and one with 2 twins, sleeping 8 comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV. A third full bath is also found on the second floor. A convenient extra sink/vanity is located in the hallway on the second floor. On the main floor there is a relaxing living room with a queen pull out couch, large screen HDTV, and DVD/VHS player. An ample dining room is connected to the living area. A full-sized kitchen with breakfast bar is adjacent to the living room, giving an open, spacious feeling. Other amenities include: a washer/dryer, wi-fi, a pack 'n play crib, an umbrella stroller, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and other extras too many to list to make your stay as memorable as possible. Recently Renovated, New Furnishings, WIFI, Free Long Distance in US and Canada, and TVs in Every Bedroom Courtyard Villa is in building 27, very close to one of the smaller pools and playgrounds, with a patio that overlooks a lush courtyard. This villa was recently renovated with warm inviting colors, beautiful furnishings and a TV in every bedroom. Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble.
