Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Bäcker, Metzger lediglich 5min zu Fuß entfernt, Parkplatz 50m Laufweg. Supermarkt 7min Fahrt. Ruhig gelegen, man ist sehr schnell auf dem Berg, im Wald und Natur. Aber auch die Autobahn A5 ist nur 12 min entfernt.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of € 4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

In two minutes you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in beautiful vineyard landscapes. Our guests are welcome to use our lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 per person per night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor pool are just a few advantages.
