Our house is situated in a small Hamlet - within walking distances: Restaurant Vroeg, country estate Rhijnauwen with its special flora and fauna wonderful for walks through small forests and along a winding river and other recreational activities our windows you overlook orchards and meadows. Yet, a bus stop at the door takes to you to centre of Utrecht with its canals, pubs and historic Dome in 10 minutes. My space is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

De vlonder is een vrijstaande en duurzame accommodatie (Ook vakantiewoning) aan de Kromme Rijn in Cothen, gelegen in de provincie Utrecht. de Accommodatie ligt langs het Kromme Rijn wandelpad en is een verblijf voor maximaal 4 gasten en is voorzien van twee afzonderlijke slaapkamers 1 en 2, met privé badkamer met toilet. Het heeft een gemeenschappelijke ontbijt/keuken-ruimte waar u goed kunt vertoeven. Buiten kunt u heerlijk relaxen in de lounge-set op de vlonder aan de Kromme Rijn.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. Lovely private holiday cottage with own entrance and view on river, meadow and forest, situated at river Vecht between Breukelen. This cottage consists of a living (with TV and WIFI), kitchen, separate toilet on ground floor and upstairs a spacious bedroom with double bed, airco, infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet. Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in dit stijlvolle appartement met luxe badkamer en eigen prive-sauna, en geniet van de patio en tuin met diverse zitjes. Het appartement is gelegen in een prachtige groene omgeving op 5-10 minuten fietsafstand van het centrum van Zeist en de bossen van de Utrechtse Heuvelrug. De ruimte is ingericht met designmeubels van Nederlandse makelij en voorzien van een Nespresso-koffieapparaat, waterkoker en koelkast. Een heerlijk ontbijt is inclusief.

Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Wooden forest villa with sauna

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Villa-Vida was designed and built in 2020. The design takes into account a real forest experience. By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.
