Holiday rentals with a patio in Burbank

Will absolutely stay again! Space was just as photos showed, clean, crips, comfortable. Easy .5 mile walk to Dollar Tree, Coffee, food, Gas Station - quick $20 uber from Airport, easy pick up and drop off. Exactly what I was looking for and comparable price to hotels - but in the area! Keep in mind, you are on a major road, so opening the windows for fresh air can be noisy in the lining area - but being a female traveler, I liked it was busy and well lit street, made me feel safe and the main door was lit and bright at night. Few things to bring if you want: Extra blankets, coffee, creamer, ice, dryer sheets, hand soap, - they had Kcups, shampoo/conditioner/lotion and great kitchen cookware to do an instacart order and save some $ for breakfast! Highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at this downtown LA spot! The location is unbeatable—literally right across from the Crypto Arena, which made it super convenient for catching a game and exploring LA Live. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything I needed, but the highlight was definitely the huge window view overlooking the heart of downtown. Waking up to the city skyline and watching it light up at night was unforgettable. The host was responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish stay in the center of all the action. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in LA!

I can’t wait to stay here again! This place is even better in person than in the pictures!! It’s so clean and extremely cozy. The couch and bed are very comfortable. Super safe location! Also, I LOVED the home manual provided in the home — it’s the best touch and such a good idea, I wish all air bnb’s had a little book like that. The check in process was easy! Thank you to Moziko for being a great host, providing such an amazing space, and being very responsive!

Misty’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. Close proximity to a concert we attended at the Rosebowl. Quiet and exactly what we needed.

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space captured the local vibe perfectly — stylish, welcoming, and peaceful. The layout was fantastic, and it felt like stepping into a Restoration Hardware showroom. Everything was spotless, and surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. Michael's place was fantastic! Very cool place with amazing views and a nice quiet neighborhood. Michael was awesome to deal with and his communication was top tier. Ill definitely be checking availability for my next trip to Hollywood!

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Yair‘s hous was just perfect for our vacation and just like it was described. The check in was very easy and the house was all perfectly clean. There was even a small welcome package with coffe and snacks waiting for us. We highly recommend the house for a trip to LA and we will definately choose thie place for our next trip to LA.

The place is big and spacious. Plenty of room for our family if 6 people. The location is great for our visit. We went to Santa Monica, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, and Griffith observatory. All easy to access and relatively short drives.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
