In 2 bedrooms and 2 children's rooms, 3 adults and 2 children can live. The living room offers another guest bed. A baby cot can be provided. Through the house entrance and hallway you enter a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area. The adjoining open kitchen has an oversized ceramic hob and high-quality kitchen equipment with all appliances. Cooking can be a shared experience... On the same floor are the parent area with bedroom, bathroom with hot tub tub and extra shower room as well as the guest bathroom and youth room. All rooms have direct access to the surrounding 50 sqm - terrace. In the house on the ground floor with an exit to the garden, there is a children's room with bunk bed, a playroom and a children's bathroom with rain shower.

Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

The jogging route around the lake is fantastic and is about 11 km.
