Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Am Ortsrande gelegen befindet sich unser Holzhaus (2023 erbaut) mit dem Schwalbennest als Einliegerwohnung inkl. eigener Eingangstüre und Terrasse in absoluter Traumlage. Unsere eigenen Produkte wie Rohmilch und Eier von glücklichen Tieren aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft (nebenan) runden deinen Urlaubs-Aufenthalt ab. Kinder sind willkommen: Reisebett, Kinderhochstuhl und ausklappbare Couch vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Café und ein Naturbad im Sommer befinden sich im Ort. Viele Alpen- und Wanderziele sind direkt von der Haustüre aus zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 1,400 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.
