The bungalow with a 70s decor is located on the edge of a quiet small-scale park, 1.5 km from the sea. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (2x80) and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The flowering tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The car park is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot there are luggage carts to carry your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good bike and hiking area. The Schoorl dunes are 10 kilometers to the South and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the North. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog lies the special Swan water with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 pm. In Sint Maartenszee there is a laundromat if necessary. Every Monday morning there is a cozy trunk market in the parking lot at De Goudvis playground. In the summer months, there is always a trunk market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles! (15 per bicycle per day) Direct WiFi connection for working from home.
