Our vacation cottage is located on the super beautiful 5-star campsite de Watersnip in Petten. All amenities are available. An outdoor swimming pool, à la carte restaurant, supermarket, entertainment team, bike rental, laundry, and much more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. There are beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. The mountain bike trail of Schoorl is 5 km away. Cities in the vicinity are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a vacation destination with plenty of possibilities.

Indoor guesthouse Franka aan Zee

Discover Petten aan Zee from our completely private, attached guest house for 2 people, which is part of our own home. You have your own private entrance, private living space with cooking facilities, 1 bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with toilet. You do not share any indoor spaces with us. One dog is welcome. Outside, you have access to the garden and private parking. The beach and sea are about 200 meters away, and the center of Petten is nearby, close to Schoorl, Callantsoog, Groet, Bergen and Egmond.

This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Between the dike and the sea

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

House with beautiful views and private garden.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Petten by the Sea, Dunes & Forest

On just a stone’s throw from the beach, you will find this wonderful apartment. You can walk to the beach in about 8 minutes via paths through the dunes. Nice cities like Alkmaar and Schagen are shortby. The beautiful biking paths of the dunes of Schoorl and Bergen are reachable by bike. We moved into this new home in the spring of 2025, and opened the Airbnb in June 2025. There are plenty of towels and bed linnen for you to use.
