The house is located in the area of Björklunda, which is 3 km north of Burgsvik, where there is a well-stocked ICA store, as well as restaurants, a child-friendly beach, large swimming pool, sauna, library, gas station and other shops. 1 km north of the cottage is the nice Käldhagens sandy beach. And almost next door is Gåsen Out with paddle tennis, boules and beach volleyball. Welcome!

It takes less than five minutes to walk down to the sea.

The apartment consists of 1 room with a sleeping alcove with a comfortable double bed. In addition, there is a good sofa bed with a mattress for two people.

Rebuilt and newly renovated forge in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo, next to the medieval Kattlunds Museum Farm. The house is part of our farm building where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floors with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in extension with separate entrance.

Child-friendly sandy beach in Austre near Holmhällars rauk area, about 8 minutes by car. To Burgsvik with shops, gas station and other services, it takes about 10 minutes by car.
