Located at 12th Park RV Resort, this tiny home is 8 min from Kyle field and 4 min from Easterwood Airport. During football season, a free shuttle takes you to/from the game. The RV park is very clean, quiet and safe. It features a pool, rustic clubhouse, laundry, pickleball court, fire pits, bbq pits, sand volleyball, and showers. The home is well-appointed with a unique electric bed platform for extra space without climbing into a loft. It's such a cool place, you might not want to leave!

My family and I really appreciated the property and how clean everything was. It was exactly as described on the listing. I also appreciated how proactive Velvet was with all her communications. She gave clear, concise directions on exactly how to get to the property since the GPS is slightly off on the location. I would recommend this property.

This is a three bedroom ranch in a small neighborhood with two full bathrooms and an open kitchen/living room layout. It is an older home so cosmetically there are chips/scuffs on the paint and damaged trim in some areas, but it is perfectly comfortable and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher though I didn’t use it. I did use the washing machine and coffee machines which worked great. There are some spices, paper towels and dish soap, but there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap and there is no coffee creamer so come prepared. The master bed is very comfortable. The other two bedrooms have bunkbeds that would be fine for kids. The host is super responsive.

Ahnthu and Savannah were amazing hosts and I strongly recommend this home. Communication was clear and friendly. Access was easy via code. The home is immaculate and is tasteful decor. The beds are so very comfortable. We were in College Station for a family wedding and shared the home with family. We enjoyed every bit of this home, the yard, the pool table, the amazing TV and the wonderful kitchen. Shopping is nearby. Great restaurants in the area too. Fantastic value and highly recommended!!

Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and convenience—from the cozy, well-appointed beds to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. Lori and Buddy went above and beyond to accommodate a few special requests, and we’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and hospitality. We were in town celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation, and this space made the weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend!
