Qui potrai rilassarti e godere della pace e serenità della natura, ma in poco tempo puoi raggiungere il mare, le Cinque Terre e le città d'arte di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze . Potrai visitare i piccoli e numerosi Borghi Medievali e gustare la cucina tipica del territorio.

The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

Nell'antico borgo di Orturano, offriamo bilocale su due piani affacciato su una grande terrazza in pietra "la Loggia Grande" sovrastante la valle del Magra e i suoi castelli, solarium di giorno e punto privilegiato per la contemplazione del cielo stellato di notte. Al centro di numerosi tracciati trekking e mtb, nelle vicinanze di borghi e cittadine medievali, a 35 km dalle spiagge liguri e toscane. A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).

From Pontremoli to the Borgo di Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

In the north of Tuscany, in Lunigiana, there is the historic stone house Casa Calma. It was freshly restored with a lot of love in 2024. In the medieval castle village of Mulazzo , added in 2024 to the list of "I più belli borghi d'Italia", you will find tranquility, spectacular views of the Magra Valley and the Apuan Alps. It is a short drive to the magnificent coastal towns of Tuscany and Liguria, especially the famous villages of the Cinque Terre. Mountains and sea.

Casa Vacanze Il Borgo

Casa vacanze Il Borgo is a small jewel entirely in stone, located in the village of Rocca Sigillina in the municipality of Filattiera. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a lounger, a bathroom and an open space with a sofa bed, dining room and kitchen. The accommodation has for exclusive use a pool with a view of the Apennines, reachable directly from the kitchen window door. In the outer courtyard there is also a gazebo with a table and deck chairs with an umbrella.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, far from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those looking for peace and quiet in contact with the nature that hosts the medieval village. 6 km away is the A15 exit of Pontremoli that connects La Spezia and the subsequent 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other notable tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan sea coast in 30-40 minutes.

Villa "Il Circolo" – Bassone

Relax in this villa surrounded by greenery and the silence of the open countryside, surrounded by plants and fruit trees and located just 4 km from Pontremoli. Renovated in 2024, the property is totally independent. It consists of two floors, one of which is barrier-free and therefore fully accessible to people with disabilities and the elderly. We promote sustainable mobility by providing our guests with an electric car charging station.

The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.
