This single storey house has been renovated with great care to offer you all possible comfort during your stay. You will be seduced by the layout and the beautiful volumes of the main room with its American kitchen, its dining table and its sofa and TV area. Spa (Jaccuzi) is available from 8th of May till end of September. For the summer of 2025 the project is to install an above-ground swimming pool. Excellent satellite WIFI connection

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
