Au cœur du Parc régional Périgord Limousin, cette maison Périgourdine accueille jusqu'à 14 personnes. Entièrement rénovée, elle offre 6 chambres, (3 en rez de chaussée, 3 à l’étage). Un patio avec barbecue permet de manger en extérieur. La piscine privée est sur un terrain non attenant mais proche : 400m environ, avec vue sur le vallon. Ouverture à partir de juin. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles à proximité : randonnées, VTT, canoë, équitation, tennis, golf, marchés de producteurs..

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay at the borders of Dordogne/Haute Vienne and Charente to recharge your batteries as a couple or family. Ideal place for walking in the forest and along the river. You will find in the immediate vicinity: An international golf course (3 km), a tennis court (5 km), equestrian center 2 km away, canoeing activity 1/4 hour away (Montbron) and Lake St Mathieu or Verneuil with beach 20 km away. In the fall, lots of mushrooms for mushroom lovers!

It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape. Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.

Our converted barn is located in the Haute Vienne which is part of the famous Limousin region of central France. It offers the relaxation you need with self catering accommodation and is the ideal place to forget about stress and to unwind. Please note: The parking is for one car only. No trailers, transit vans, camper vans or motor homes are permitted.
