Un patio avec barbecue permet de manger en extérieur. La piscine privée est sur un terrain non attenant mais proche : 400m environ, avec vue sur le vallon. Ouverture à partir de juin. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles à proximité : randonnées, VTT, canoë, équitation, tennis, golf, marchés de producteurs..

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

The hot tub is open March to October or on request at The Pool opens early June to late September weather dependent. Varaignes has a chateau, Resraurant, boulangerie.
