L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Casera Gottardo is a creative project that incorporates past and present. The casere were the deposits for the maturing of cheeses in the 1800s. Today it is a place where light and materials intertwine in a space that soothes those who spend time inside. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area, etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and silent street.
