The spacious kitchen with a gas range is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and spices to make delicious meals. Enjoy grilling on the back deck while watching beautiful sunsets. Ping pong matches can be enjoyed downstairs. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach wagon and toys are provided. Parking on premises. The pool deck has lounge chairs and a fire pit.

There is a great kitchen with a full size stove/oven, keurig, and microwave. Wifi and a large TV with Netflix only, no cable. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included! Soak in the great Florida beach lifestyle. There’s a board walk beach access at the end of the street ! This tiny house is adjacent to a two story home which is a separate Airbnb!

Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 75 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.
