This place is so updated and adorable. Jeff was amazing to work with. I had a few questions before and during the trip and he always responded immediately. The house is on the Main Street so there are plenty of things to walk to and do. It does get pretty loud with street noise so if you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs. Also, be prepared to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Lovely place and lovely hosts!

The apartment was very nice. Everything was as described. The only issue I had were the stairs but for someone who don’t have arthritis in their knees I’m sure it wouldn’t have been a problem lol. Other than that the place was very cozy and very homey feeling. Would definitely stay there again if I had to come back through that area. The host were great communicators.

Very cozy and clean. Large enough to have a space to play board games in the living room! Appliances worked good and overall a great experience.

It was so nice to not only get an email prior to my arrival but also receive a text with direct communication on the spot. Loved it and will stay again if and when we are in the area!!

Jason and his team were incredibly responsive to any communication regardless of the day or time. This was a good alternative to staying at nearby hotels for the extra space and ability to make my own food with my family. We really appreciated how tidy the apartment was - truly matched the pics. While there were other tenants in the apartment building everyone was kind and quiet.

This place was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it was for Miami Universities graduation, so everyone seems to increase their daily rate. It was about 25 minutes from Miami. This place served us great for what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. We were on campus the majority of the time. One thing I would say to improve this place is to add another mirror. There was only 1 mirror in the entire place, and it was in the bathroom, so getting ready took a little longer.

I am so glad I found this place! Right in the heart of it all and within walking distance of everything. I was able to park at my son’s fraternity but plenty of parking around the neighborhood. Access to the building was secured and entry to the room was easy. Friday night noise until 3am was as I expected for staying uptown in a drinking town with a college problem. Saturday night was much quieter. Bed/pillows were comfortable and the shower/towels were great. Church bells ring until 3am and start back at 8am. That’s just Jesus saying hi! I will definitely be staying with Ned and Bonnie again!!

Loved staying here. The host were great and communicated well and accommodated my less than 24 hour arrangement. The place was exactly what I needed to get away and get some work done.

Great space! Very clean and close to everything. Quick responses to any question we had and would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next time we come to visit family.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Great location! We walked everywhere. Lola’s for coffee every morning! We enjoyed the gym and hot tub as well.

Loved my stay even though I had to clean the place a little more in depth when I got there! Overall would come back again to stay!!

This is a great spot, location is awesome, convenient market downstairs, a great gym and underground (paid) parking. The unit is cozy, the bed comfy and comes with all the amenities needed. I would definitely look to rent this unit again if I am back in Cincinnati.
