Tidy 2 BR home close to downtown Oxford and Miami University with washer and dryer on site. One bedroom has a TV with Roku for streaming shows/ movies. The home features beautiful newly refinished hardwood floors and original wood panelling. Enjoy the overall coziness of this great little home! Pet Friendly!
