Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

For those traveling with kiddos we have a pack & play, high chair as well as kiddo plates & utensils. There is also an assortment of toys, coloring supplies & games for you & the little ones to enjoy. There's also a wagon, chairs & towels for your beach adventures. Bring your kids or 2 friends!! Walking distance to Butterfly Beach, restaurants on Coast Village Rd and Rosewood Miramar Hotel. W/D in the unit (detergent & dryer sheets) and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and toaster oven to make your stay like home. There is also a small, gated, outdoor area with BBQ and 2 bikes for your use. Check in 2pm, check out is 10am. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog under 45 pounds but ask that you give me the weight/breed before booking.

BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.
