Cozy cottage built in 2017 with stunning lake views, private small yard and parking, rural location in the village of Norra Bergfors, only 200 meters from Lake Varuträsket, 1 km from the swimming area and about 15 km from Skellefteå. The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes away from Skellefteå is our guest house, which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome but not cats due to allergies. The cottage has large windows facing the horizon and is furnished with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick spring mattress. From there, you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. If you want a separate bedroom, ask! Most of the time, we can arrange it! It is wall to wall with a bed 160 cm wide.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Stugan ligger 50 meter från Byskeälven. Här sover du gott med älvens brus, lugnet och enskildheten. Perfekt för dig som söker ett tyst boende. Endast 8 km från Byske där några av norra Sveriges finaste stränder finns samt affärer, restauranger och kaféer. Lillstugan har tre sängar som kan ställas ihop eller separat. Den ligger i en naturskön miljö nära älven. Tillgång till egen toalett och dusch (55 m från stugan), som används enbart av gästerna till denna stuga finns i närliggande byggnad.

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik!
