I loved this place, which was fenced behind the backyard for extra privacy. Very close to Tulane and only an 11 minute walk from the streetcar line on S. Carrollton. It's a super safe area and very peaceful. The small studio made the most of the space provided, and was also very cozy, had a very nice ambiance. Pool was right outside the door, which was perfect for cooling off in June. I took advantage of the pool multiple times, I had a fantastic experience. Overall, I would love to get this place again in the summer.

Location was excellent and property was great - bedrooms are small but plenty of rooms and bathrooms!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location quiet and peaceful for a great night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even left a few nice personal touches that made me feel especially welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in the area. Loved this beautiful, comfortable house and gorgeous backyard! An oasis in the artsy, fun Bywater. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the clubs on Frenchman St. It was the perfect space to share with friends visiting from Europe on their first visit to New Orleans. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The place truly feels like a home, not a generic rental.

One of the best spots to stay New Orleans. Safe location and lots of restaurants in the area. It was very clean. We noticed the great smell upon entrance! 😊 very spacious, lots of closet space and storage. Perfect parking, gated drive way. We had a great stay! Steve was very polite and friendly. Quick response time.

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!

Finding the words to describe this magical little place is difficult...but I will try! This place is just so damn cool. Now, if you are offended by "alternative" lifestyles or don't appreciate an artful nude, maybe keep looking. But for those that are up for a one-of-a-kind, authentic, uber-cool, charm-bomb, do not hesitate to book! Despite being artfully old and crusty (in the best way!), the house is pleasantly clean and well-kept and the beds are AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE and AC works just fine even in the dead of summer. We really loved this house and the hosts were fantastic. It was easy (and safe) to walk to the action in Jackson Square or anywhere you wanted to be near the river and the proximity to the street-trolley was perfect. This is a totally unique house--and definitely funky--but was still comfortable and accommodating to our large group (including 6 kids under 9!). I hope we make our way back some day--thanks for the hospitality!

D’s place was as described in the pictures and written statement. It represents great value for money and while it’s a bit of a way from the tourist areas, we were able to catch public transport everywhere and the occasional Uber when needed. We stayed in June and felt safe to walk in the area - walking would definitely be easier in the cooler months. D provides a lot of extra touches like muffins, fruit, yoghurt, bagels, juice and coffee. You get a sense that hospitality is important to D. One thing to note is that you are sharing D’s home so this is a genuine BnB experience.

The home was beautiful and better than expected. Newly remodeled and very spacious. The small details, like chargers in a few places, made us feel at home. We had all the basic supplies, utensils, plates, etc. it was just like home. This place was peaceful and that helped since we were in town for a funeral. I’d definitely stay again and I’ve already shared the link with a few friends who are interested.
