Lovely little studio (42 m2) with the view at the huge park (Tiergarten). Ideal for a short stay of 2 persons. 3 km walk away from Brandenburg Gate. PROS: free of charge parking places (!) + location in the middle of natural park + calm & quiet + incl. bedlinen & towels + hairdryer + WiFi + cooking facilities + overground station in fron of the house + check-in at night possible + babybed + elevator CONTRAS: old building -> poor sound isolation - little double/full bed (140x200) - expensive

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area. PLEASE NOTE that subway lines U1, U3 and U4 are interrupted due to maintenance work until 10 May. There is an easy alternative to U1/3 via U2.
