Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cabedelo

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The location is accurately described. It is a very quiet area, the apartment is large and very well ventilated. The condominium has an excellent gym and a swimming pool with a great view. The apartment overlooks the beach and is two blocks away. In front, there is a linear park that is widely used for walking. Maria Eduarda was very helpful and helped us as much as she could. I recommend

Very comfy and cozy space. The structure of the site served us very well. The balcony is a very nice size, much larger than the “conventional” ones. The building has a lot to facilitate and serve the guest during the stay (gym, smart market, access to the beach/foot in the sand). The support team was very helpful and always responded very carefully. I recommend it.

The apartment is wonderful, everything as shown in the pictures, super pleasant and welcoming environment, everything very clean and organized. I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

EXTRAORDINARY experience! My Airbnb stay was just perfect! The space was spotlessly clean, well decorated and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and shops. In addition, GUILHERME was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help with any questions. My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
