Amazing place! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great home with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mtns and tranquility for days! Julie was a superb host. Her hospitality, directions and communication were second to none. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again.

This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

We had a wonderful getaway at Seths place in Rockingham. Perfect location for a group of 12 girlfriends that wanted to relax. Loved the pool and the porch/patio! Felt like Tuscany. Seth and Carla were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Definitely recommend.

This was such a wonderful home! As other reviewers said, lots of room for a big group to spread out. We had 8 guests. (6 adults and two kids) We explored Harpers Ferry and enjoyed hiking the Maryland Heights Trail. We felt absolutely comfortable hanging at this serene house for our mornings and evenings. Cooked most of our meals, played billiards, sang karaoke, and enjoyed the plunge pool. We had an epic round of hide and go seek. Great interior design and lots of space to spread out for quiet time, and many perfect reading nooks. Thanks Leigh, for being so responsive and friendly!

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

I needed a place that my family, from out of state, could stay while attending a graduation. The house was perfect! I told Bob what I wanted to do and he was encouraging and helpful. He made sure we had propane for grilling and answered all my questions. He was very prompt when I reached out to him. We had an amazing time. I would stay there again.

Great vacation. Wendy was the best host we have ever had—responsive and generous. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever been in. We loved the use of the kayaks and would absolutely come back to enjoy Alpine Lake here again. Very relaxed, friendly vibe within the whole community.

Great, communicative hosts. Check in process was easy. We loved how private it was too. We loved being able to hang out much of the time under the wrap around porch while it rained and at night. House perfectly met our needs

My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. When I suggested it my wife looked at me unsure of what I was suggesting. The state of WV is one of magic you have to see to enjoy. The house is gorgeous and the view is beyond breathtaking. We found peace and solace just sitting with each other. We heard and saw such an abundance of animals from frogs to cows to humming birds and hawks. The only things that could just be because of where the house is, is the water will shut off after limited use. The fire pits location makes using it and enjoying the view difficult. However that aside it was a magical experience and you will truly understand why WV is almost heaven.

Our stay at OverlookLoft was amazing. Host James answered our many questions, and made us feel right at home. The loft is about 20minutes from Shenandoah national park, and within 60minutes of 10 different hikes along Skyline Drive. The loft has upgraded amenities, including remote control hvac, and a new outdoor propane grill. You’ll find comfy outdoor seating on the refinished deck. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, spices and more. Making a home cooked meal was easy and convenient. The onsite water supply was fresh, clean and delicious, I strongly recommend giving the tap a try. Inside you’ll find a thoughtful guidebook, loaded with numerous pages of local hotspots and town history. The local town of Elkton was filled with super friendly folks. As was nearby Harrisonburg. Glad we had our 4x4 with us, as some parts of the road and driveway were steep.

Great stay, the place was a little remote - but gave for the ultimate relaxing experience. Very cute house, very clean and just as described! Alina was great with communicating all our questions and would recommend!

Will definitely book again! We have family close by and this was an ideal location to visit. Home is well appointed with a bonfire area, outside shaded eating and front porch sitting. Beds were comfortable and appliances new and capable. Clean and spacious. Only request is that mirrors are added to the bedrooms, as presently only 1 mirror in bathroom for guests to get ready. It created a long time lapse for all to prepare and leave for the day. Also, only 1 TV in main room in the whole home, so if guests are looking to turn in at different times it can be awkward. Lightning bugs and the incredible sounds of the neighboring waterfall are soothing for the Soul! We took great pix if you want to upload to your listing! What a wonderful mountainside retreat! The home is beautifully decorated and spotless. All the unique touches gave the place a loving feel. It is a peaceful setting and the view is spectacular. April was thoughtful in her suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area. She responded quickly to any messages sent. She is a great host. My husband and I hope to return soon!

Absolute GEM of a place. Location is ideal for a weekend getaway from multiple metro areas. Gorgeous views, wonderful home with all the amenities. Carlos makes you feel right at home and is extremely helpful. And oh that SUNROOM! We quite literally never left it! The views were spectacular and it was so cozy and comfortable for all of us, dogs included. Thank you so much for the amazing weekend Carlos!

We stayed for 5 nights as a getaway from DC - 3 adults, 1 infant, and a dog. Fantastic views (the full moon is gorgeous from here and the valley and forest below is lush), great house, well placed to explore the surrounding area (caverns, hiking, wineries, etc). They had a pack n play which we put our own bassinet on for the baby. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy we found Terri’s beautiful home. The home is so beautiful, clean & comfortable in every area. Terri has thought of every amenity you’d need for your stay. We can’t wait to visit the beautiful area and Terri’s home again. Location was perfect and great suggestions on outings.

This place is so beautiful! We stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was perfect. It rained the whole time but we had plenty to do to keep the kids busy! The view is absolutely gorgeous and Bryce is an awesome, responsive host! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property, fantastic hosts. A+. So many amenities, nothing was overlooked. Very clean and orderly. Loved the layout. Screened in porch was perfect, patio, hot tub, use of kayaks, freshly baked bread, entire interior was awesome. I’m telling you, nothing was overlooked in making our stay so memorable. Thinking about booking? Do it now. You won’t regret it. This can’t be beat.

My family and I had a lovely weekend stay at Dominic's. Beautiful home tucked away from the main road. Very modern with high quality amenities and details all of which were really appreciated - from comfortable beds to kitchenware to even the soap and shampoo in the shower. It felt like no expense was spared. Note that one of the single beds is a trundle bed (not pictured), though the accommodations were just enough for the six of us. On a clear night, we could see the stars very clearly from both front and back yards. I think the pictures don't do the place justice - this was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

this is a great spot if to are wanting to hike near by at the shenandoah national parks and has lovely view if tou are just wanting so have a stay vacation in. loved the hot tub and the projector! and has a beautiful view with a fire place!
