Holiday rentals with a patio in Cabo Frio

Two of us stayed on 04/24/2025. The apartment matches the photos, we received it with excellent cleanliness and it has a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Comfortable double bed. Includes beach umbrellas, a plus that saves you from having to rent them. There is a smart TV, it has a slight color defect on the screen but allows you to use your Netflix account (there is no HDMI to connect a laptop). The best thing: Tom's speed, kindness and attention. He left us an extra set of sheets and towels for our 8-night stay. Location: nice neighborhood, 5 min walk from Praia das Dunas and 10 min from Praia do Forte. Quiet interior despite being on an avenue, although the neighbor's dog upstairs barked some nights. The complex has 24-hour security that gave us peace of mind. The center can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or for ≈9 R$ by Uber, which arrives very quickly. In short, great value for money and an excellent host; we recommend it and would return without hesitation.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Guilherme's Airbnb in Cabo Frio. The house is simply perfect: beautiful, spacious, very well decorated and extremely clean. It has a washing machine, a large bathroom, kitchen utensils, a stove, a refrigerator, a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, all working. It is in an excellent location, super close to the beach, which made our tours much easier. Guilherme was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, always available to help us with whatever we needed. Everything was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures (or even better!). It was undoubtedly an incredible experience and I have already recommended it to friends and family. I have nothing to complain about. We'll definitely be back soon!

The site is true to the description of the listing, very close to the beach and with excellent space. Sleeps 10 comfortably.

I loved the stay, an extremely clean, comfortable and cozy house, supplied all my needs, all very organized, quiet and without noise, the flat is located in a very good and quiet neighborhood with several options of bars and close to the beach. A Elaine super charismatic, was super gentle, responds quickly. No doubt the best place for sure I will come back more often.

I thank Sheila for all your attention . The apartment has everything you need . Just one note . The Wi-fi . This is greatly needed nowadays . And it just didn't score 1000 for that . The apartment is simple but super capricious care by Sheila. The gatekeepers are all kind and friendly. I recommend it and will definitely be back. But the Wi-fi will be very welcome 👏👏

The space is very well cared for, clean and organized. All the hospitality and service from Ms. Sônia and Mr. Edilson were great. I went with my pets and felt at home.

The house is close to the dune beach, which is extremely beautiful. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The person in charge of the house is very nice and helpful. Anyway, in short, we will return and we want to stay in the same accommodations.

Lydia's house is a sight to behold! Wonderful place, calm and with a surreal view. The house was impeccable and with countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back!

The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Wonderful! The natural environment with plants is very nice. The apartment has just the right amount and is comfortable, the room is very nice to rest. Close to the spectacular beach, the Surf Museum and the skatepark. It's much prettier than I imagined. Thanks for everything. I hope to be able to come back someday.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.

great place, perfect !!! close to everything, great restaurants around and inexpensive, sensational steakhouses!!! The host Rubens always responds quickly and gives several tips on places to visit !! I loved it and I'll be back for sure! And I go to Cabo Frio twice a year!! And I loved this place!!

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely return.
